It is also a chance to work with a highly-reputable company, and one of the leading contractors in America.About the Role We are currently searching for a Senior-level Scheduler to work on a $3B Data Center. This is a chance to work in an industry that is shaping the future of digital infrastructure and is projected to see another $700B being invested this year alone. The role is a travelling role, which also offers up to 4 remote working days a month. Offering an attractive Salary, along with a generous per-diem, allowances, bonuses and more.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, manage, and maintain master CPM schedules from preconstruction through closeout.Lead schedule development for large-scale, multi-phased projects.Perform schedule risk analysis, what-if scenarios, and recovery planning.Monitor progress, analyze delays, and prepare mitigation strategies.Lead schedule reviews with project teams, owners, and consultants.Support claims avoidance and time impact analyses where required.Mentor junior schedulers and support regional scheduling teams.Qualifications5+ years’ experience in construction scheduling on large-scale, ground-up construction projects.Strong background working for large GCs.Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory).Experience supporting projects valued $100M+ preferred.Strong understanding of CPM methodology and schedule risk management.Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.Data Center experience preferred.Stable tenure with limited job moves.Comfortable with fully working onsite.Open to senior or lead schedulers looking to step up in their career.#J-18808-Ljbffr
