Project Manager (Healthcare)Location: Remote (Must reside in Oregon or Washington to be considered)Duration: 1-Year ContractHours: M–F, Full-TimePay: $60 – $70 per hour DOEPosition OverviewLHH Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a leading healthcare organization. This role will lead complex initiatives within the healthcare environment, driving successful outcomes across cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance with industry standards and organizational priorities.This position is ideal for a proven leader with strong project execution skills and hands-on experience managing projects within the healthcare space, including navigating regulatory considerations, clinical operations, or healthcare systems.The Project Manager will oversee projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across business and clinical teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the full project lifecycle within a healthcare environment, from planning and execution through delivery and closeoutDrive project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomesCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including clinical, operational, and technical teamsLead, mentor, and support high-performing project teams, fostering accountability and collaborationServe as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersDevelop and maintain project plans, work breakdown structures, and status reportingIdentify potential risks (including regulatory or compliance-related risks) and proactively implement mitigation strategiesEnsure alignment between organizational healthcare objectives and project deliverablesFacilitate project meetings, reviews, and retrospectivesSupport occasional travel for key meetings or project milestones as neededRequired Qualifications5+ years of project management experienceDemonstrated experience managing projects within the healthcare industry (required)Strong understanding of healthcare operations, systems, or regulatory environmentsProven experience leading and developing high-performing teamsStrong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneouslyProven experience working in a remote or distributed team environmentMust reside in Oregon or WashingtonPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related fieldPMP certification highly preferredExperience working with healthcare systems, payers, or provider organizationsFamiliarity with healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA)Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
