Job Title: Accounts Payable SpecialistLocation: Allentown, PA 18101Work Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMDuration: 13-Week ContractWork Setting: OnsiteJob SummaryShould have experience processing invoices, maintaining vendor records, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely payments while complying with company policies and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess invoices, credit memos, check requests, and related documents accurately and within established timelines. Support payment preparation and disbursement processes, including positive pay files and void check files. Review and reconcile vendor statements to ensure all invoices and credit memos are processed correctly. Maintain and update vendor master records by identifying and communicating necessary changes. Process vouchers in compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory requirements. Identify prepaid invoices and properly establish them within the ERP system. Assist with the corporate credit card program by identifying eligible vendors, allocating expenses, and approving transactions. Monitor and resolve accounts payable error reports, including: Received Not Invoiced (RNI)Vendor ReturnsCost/Quantity discrepanciesInvoices on HoldOut-of-Balance reportsEnsure databases and financial records remain accurate and up to date. Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and internal departments through excellent customer service.
