Our collaborative team environment fosters growth and learning opportunities for all employees.We are seeking a motivated *Electrical Designer* or *Electrical Engineer* to assist in the design of electrical systems including power, lighting, and low-voltage systems (including fire alarm, data, and security systems) using AutoCAD and/or Revit. This role will work in collaboration with Systems Designers and Engineers to develop electrical system designs for various building projects. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about electrical design within the MEP industry.*Perform load calculations, voltage drop calculations and short-circuit analysis under the guidance of senior engineers.Develop electrical one-line diagrams, panel schedules, and lighting layouts.Participate in site visits and field investigations to support design efforts.*Associate or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Applied Science in Architectural or Mechanical Computer Aided Drafting and Design, or a related field.*A minimum of 3 years of experience in Electrical Building Systems Design.*Proficiency in AutoCAD and RevitBasic Knowledge of Codes including NEC and electrical engineering principles, and ICC codes and NFPA standards is preferred, but not required.Ability to produce accurate and high-quality work while adhering to company CAD standards.Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with designers, department heads, and project managers.Willingness to take direction, grow within the company, and develop proficiency in building codes applicable to electrical design.*Career growth opportunities within a supportive team.Exposure to a wide range of projects from small renovations to large, complex projects.Health insuranceDental insuranceFlexible scheduleIf you are excited about starting your career in electrical design and working on impactful MEP projects, we encourage you to apply!Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurance*
