The ideal candidate will be quality minded, productive and reliable. The candidate’s primary responsibility will be to operate multiple machines that produce tape-wrapped cores that are needed to manufacture MW bulk cables and assemblies. *Pay Rate: *$21/hr *Hours:* * 3rd Shift: Sun-Thurs, 10pm-6:30am *Responsibilities:* * Operate and manage multiple tapewrap machines simultaneously to meet daily production needs * Perform consistent in-process quality checks and maintain a proven track record of quality workmanship * Strictly follow all standard operating procedures and process documentation * Troubleshoot and maintain manufacturing process equipment using mechanical aptitude * Learn secondary commitments and cross-train when business allows to increase overall performance and support career development *Required Qualifications:* * Demonstrated ability to follow process documentation * Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and maintain process equipment * Good mechanical aptitude * Good communication skills (verbal and written) * Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment * Ability to operate multiple machines in a fast paced, ever changing environment * Must be flexible to work weekends and/or overtime when needed * Must be flexible to work across two shifts and move if required by business needs * Demonstrated ability to adapt to change * Ability to lift 25 pounds *Desired Qualifications: * * Bulk Cable Manufacturing experience * Basic computer skills *Equal Employment Opportunity* Placers will recruit, hire, train and promote individuals, as well as administer any and all personnel actions, without regard to individual’s race, religion, creed or color, national origin, ancestry, mental and/or physical disability, gender, age, marital status, sexual orientation, or other characteristics protected by law.
