Progress starts with you.Job DescriptionPosition SummaryThe Senior Financial Analyst, Finance Operations is accountable for analyzing metric data across global functions and driving key Finance initiatives. This role will collaborate across multiple cross-functional teams in effort to create process efficiencies, enhance process controls, and provide visibility of Finance Operations. This role operates within a complex, diverse, international, and multi-currency environment and plays a critical role in supporting Visa’s finance transformation objectives.ResponsibilitiesSupport global metrics and reporting across all Finance Operation functions. Perform data analytics to identify trends in operational efficiencies and overall productivity. Gather data from Visa key systems and consolidate into executive reporting package.Partner with Controllership analytics teams to automate metric creation and build automated, real-time dashboards across Finance Operation functions. Continuously evaluate and modernize metric reporting to suit the needs of senior leadership. Play a lead role in identifying process enhancements and leading initiatives to streamline processes across Finance Operations. Projects will span globally, driving efficiencies across Accounts Payable, Payments, Card Program administration, and Supplier Setup. Tasks will partner with internal business teams to identify key process bottlenecks and partnering with Technology to drive requirements, testing, and implementation.Support M&A Integration tasks across all Finance Operations functions, including evaluation of acquired entities, assessing internal controls, and supporting technical integration of the new entity into Visa’s core Finance systems.Act as Finance Operations AI Champion, leading meetings for the global team to introduce them to AI functionality and utilizing AI to streamline business operations. Serve as a project lead to implement AI initiatives across Finance Operations functions.Assist with internal audit, walk-through, and SOX documentationThis is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhDPreferred Qualifications6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhDMinimum 5 years of Finance Operations experience, including knowledge of Accounts Payable and Card Administration tasksExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong commitment to customer serviceExperience with Oracle and Ariba Procurement applicationsAdvanced skills in Excel; proficient in Power BI applicationsStrong knowledge of AI products and experience applying to core business needsExperience Managing Global Projects, Including Requirements Gathering And TestingIndependent and self-motivated; ability to work with little or no direct supervisionStrong problem solving and organizational skillsAttention to detail and a keen sense for accuracyAbility to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment with changing prioritiesBachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)U.S. Applicants OnlyThe estimated salary range for this position is $116,300.00 to $ 186,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
