This fully remote position is designed for an experienced litigator who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment that values top-quality work and proactive collaboration.The practice focuses on representing private-sector corporate clients, independently managing sophisticated employment litigation and providing high-level counseling to mitigate workplace risk. We offer the autonomy of a 100% remote model paired with the resources and culture of a premier employment defense firm.ResponsibilitiesLitigation Leadership: Independently manage all aspects of employment litigation, including case analysis, strategy development, and budgeting.Complex Advocacy: Defend employers in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination.Wage & Hour Defense: Lead defense efforts in Wage & Hour Class Actions and PAGA matters.Discovery & Drafting: Prepare pleadings, motions, and briefs; manage comprehensive discovery and E-discovery processes.Court Appearances: Represent clients at depositions, hearings, motions, and mediations.Client Counseling: Provide day-to-day advice on a wide variety of employment issues, leaves, and workplace investigations.Trial Readiness: Lead trial preparation and attend proceedings as needed.QualificationsEducation: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Licensure: Active membership in the California State Bar and in good standing.Experience: 3–10 years of substantive Labor & Employment litigation experience.Expertise: Experience with Wage & Hour Class Actions and/or PAGA is a significant plus.Leadership: Ability to supervise junior attorneys and proactively manage a team and litigation deadlines.Skills: Exceptional legal writing, research, and interpersonal skills.Compensation & Work StructureSalary: $175,000 – $215,000+ (Commensurate with experience) + Bonus.Schedule: Fully Remote work environment.BenefitsComprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision)401(k) retirement plan with firm matchingPerformance-based bonus structureAnnual discretionary bonusPaid Time Off (PTO) and paid sick leaveProfessional development resources in a supportive, dynamic team environmentApply today for a confidential conversation.
