Your work influences complex store environments, where clarity, reliability, and consistency directly impact customer experience and store operations.About the RoleAs a Senior UX Designer, you create intuitive, engaging digital experiences that enhance how customers shop and interact with our products.ResponsibilitiesAdvocate for the user at every stage of the product lifecycle, ensuring solutions solve real customer problemsDesign end-to-end experiences from flows and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes that are clear, usable, and visually engagingPartner with product managers to strategically solve complex challenges and prioritize features that have the biggest customer impactCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering and research teams to translate concepts into production-ready designsContribute to a consistent visual and interaction design language across products and channelsPlan and participate in user testing sessions, turning insights into actionable design improvementsLead or participate in design workshops to align teams, spark ideas, and refine solutionsPresent and explain design decisions to stakeholders with clarity and confidenceQualificationsEDUCATION: Bachelors/4 Yr DegreeYEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 5+ YearsYEARS OF MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE: N/ACERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES: Degree will preferably be in HCI or Computer Science. Experience will be considered in lieu of degree.Required SkillsExpertise with modern design and prototyping toolsExperience designing enterprise or hardware-constrained digital systemsStrong understanding of responsive and system-based design principlesAbility to design scalable solutions that work across multiple contexts and devicesExperience collaborating closely with product and engineering in agile environmentsStrong communication skills across written, visual, and verbal formatsPreferred SkillsA portfolio that demonstrates system-level thinking and end-to-end design ownershipCase studies that show how designs scale, evolve, and ship to productionAbility to work autonomously while influencing outcomes through collaborationExperience contributing to or extending design systems is a plusRetail, payments, or compliance-heavy domain experience is beneficial but not required.Pay range and compensation packageMust be a W2—full-time with RTS.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity.
