We treat influencer marketing as a full-funnel channel, supported by data, strategy, creativity, paid media, and best-in-class measurement.About The OpportunityWe’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Campaign Coordinator to lead our influencer marketing campaigns and work with some of the biggest brands in the world. In this role, you'll manage key elements of our Influencer Marketing Campaigns, ensuring they run smoothly and achieve outstanding results. You’ll collaborate with clients, influencers, and internal teams to bring innovative ideas to life and drive success.Key ResponsibilitiesBeing responsible for the day-to-day management of various influencer and social marketing campaignsWorking on proposals for prospective clients by identifying the correct mechanic, influencers and creative for each brand and their target audienceAttending pitches for prospective clients and assisting the Client Services team in client phone callsTaking responsibility for ensuring numerous KPIs are hit and campaigns are deliveredOverseeing and managing large budgets on multiple influencer campaignsReporting on campaigns and liaising with account managers to ensure the client is happy with the resultsMentoring junior members of the teamRole RequirementsA minimum of 2 years of relevant experience planning and executing Influencer campaignsDemonstrable experience delegating and prioritizing an ever-changing workloadCompetent writing and communication skillsThe ability to work effectively and calmly under pressureUnderstanding of Influencer Marketing and Social Metrics (Impressions / Reach / Engagements)Perks Of Joining The HerdRegular social events and clubs.$600 WorkWell benefit.Top-of-the-line MacBook.Hybrid working and flexible hours.Medical, dental and vision coverage, plus 401k with company match.15 days PTO to start, with additional days for floating holidays, summer fridays, and sick days.Real opportunities for growth across the campaigns teamThe base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below.
