Computer Numerical Control Programmer

Job Description: Role Summary: Optimize Post-Processing between NC Programs and Machine and support VERICUT verification analysis. Skills to build tools / machines in VERICUTPosition Responsibilities:• Create, test, and optimize NC programs for machining operations.• Interpret engineering drawings, tooling requirements, and process plans• Support setup, prove-out, and shop floor issue resolution• Improve program efficiency and machining performance• Coordinate with manufacturing engineers, machinists, and quality teams.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):• Diploma / Engineering in mechanical or production or manufacturing with 4-6 yrs of strong NC programming background in precision machining• Experience with DMU equipment and Siemens controls/programming environment• Ability to troubleshoot machining issues and support production execution.• Knowledge of tooling/fixture considerations, and familiarity with NX or related CAM environments.
