Industry-leading customers + a team that's scaling fast + a market that's wide open.As we grow, our CEO needs a partner — someone who can run the financial and operational backbone of the company, build the systems that let us scale without adding headcount, and bring real authority to internal ops so the leadership team can stay focused on customers and product.This is not a coordinator role or a glorified EA. We need an operator who can model our financials, stack AI workflows that mold our OS, and lead internal ops with conviction.In short: you'll be in the arena.What you'll doBe a true strategic partner to leadership. Sit in on the meetings that matter. Push back. Bring a point of view. The best version of you doesn't wait to be asked.Own financial operations. Forecasting, modeling, accounting oversight, AP/AR, invoice collection. You're the person who knows where the money is, where it's going, and what we can afford to do next.Build internal systems. Anything that today lives in someone's head or a Notion doc that hasn't been opened in three months...you'll professionalize it.Build with AI. We are not interested in someone who has read about AI agents. We want someone who has shipped them. You'll connect our data sources into systems that let any employee answer their own questions and unleash them to move faster than ever.Lead internal ops with conviction. Spar with the leadership team, push back when something doesn't make sense, and drive the operational rigor that early-stage companies usually lack.What we're looking for5+ years of experience, ideally a path from investment banking or equivalent finance-heavy background into a high-growth startup. Strong financial modeling skills are a hard requirement.A finance certification (CFA, CPA, or equivalent) is a plus, not a must.Demonstrable AI agent / workflow building experience. You've actually built things and can show us.Startup or high-growth experience. This is not the right role for someone two years out of consulting with no operating experience.You take feedback well in a direct culture. You can also give it.Aversion to 9-5.
