Mental Health Therapeutic Program Worker 2nd/3rd Shift
What you'll do at COBH:Participate in the development of treatment plansCharting, documentation, records, and reportingOrganizing and conducting patient group activitiesTransport of patients to off-site appointmentsParticipating in appropriate interventionsAfternoon, and evening shifts available, weekend rotations. These positions receive a minimum of 17 weekends off per year per the OCSEA union contract.Must be able to complete a 4-week training/orientation.May work weekends and holidays; may be exposed to communicable diseases and unpredictable patient behavior.This is an hourly position covered by the OCSEA/AFSCME bargaining unit (union), with a pay range of 7 on the OCSEA Pay Range Schedule. This position is located within COBH at 2200 W. Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43223.Unless required by any applicable union contract and/or requirements of the Ohio Revised Code, the selected candidate will begin at Step 1 of the pay range schedule listed above, with an opportunity for pay increase after four months of satisfactory performance and then a yearly raise thereafter.What is in it for you:At the State of Ohio, we take care of the team that cares for Ohioans.
