Entry Level CAD Drafter

Job Title: Entry Level CAD Drafter Position Summary: Operate 2D & 3-Dimensional CAD software. Creating, updating and modifying detail shop drawings. All while maintaining project documentation organized. Furthermore, assisting with other projects as required. Major Functions: Responsible for creating drawings with 2D & 3D Softwares. Responsible for creating renderings with Photoshop and SketchUp. Ability to visualize and understand 3D geometry for custom stone production. Reading architectural blueprints accurately to prepare shop drawings. Work with sales team members to quantify blueprints and assist with project estimates, design concepts, shop drawings and submit purchase orders. Ability to work with minimum supervision. Skills: Proficient in 2D-Dimensional – AutoCAD (Required) Proficient in 3D-Dimensional – SketchUp (Required) Bilingual (English / Spanish) – (Required) Knowledge in Adobe Suite – Photoshop and & Illustrator (Preferred) Experience in Microsoft Office – Excel (Preferred) Speed, accurate, and organized Efficient in time management Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Salary: $16.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance and Vision Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Overtime Work Location: In person
