We’re doubling down on content. We need someone who doesn’t just write content, but gets it built, published, and working hard across every platform. You’re the engine that keeps the content pipeline moving.This isn’t a role for someone who waits for direction. It’s for a builder who sees a gap, fills it, and makes sure the world can find us on Google, on YouTube, and everywhere AI is pointing people when they ask “what’s the best wake surf boat?”What You’ll Own1. Turn Ideas Into Live ContentYou are responsible for execution — fast, structured, and thorough:Build and publish website pages from concept to launchCreate comparison pages that win in search and AIDevelop FAQ and answer-based content designed to be found by AI platforms and search enginesUpload and optimize YouTube videos — titles, descriptions, chapters, and metadataEnsure every piece of content is structured to be discovered and recommendedMonitor social listening across all platforms — including Reddit, forums, and community spaces — to surface real customer questions and conversations that fuel content2. Execute Insights from Data & Intelligence ToolsYou will work directly with our AI/SEO intelligence platforms to:Identify where Tigé is winning — and losing — in search and AI visibilityTranslate insights into content updates and new page buildsImplement recommendations quickly, without bottlenecks3. Structure Content for Discovery (AEO + SEO)You will ensure all content:Answers the real questions customers are actually askingIs formatted to perform on AI platforms and traditional search enginesCompetes directly in comparison and “best of” queriesIs clear and compelling — zero marketing fluff4. Distribute What We CreateContent doesn’t matter if no one sees it. You will:Coordinate with marketing leadership on content needs and timelinesPush content across the website, YouTube, and key digital platformsPartner with the Growth/CRM role to leverage content in campaignsWhat You Bring2–5 years of experience in content operations, digital marketing, or a similar roleHands-on experience building and publishing web pages (CMS platforms like WordPress, HubSpot, or similar)Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals — structure, metadata, internal linking, and page optimizationFamiliarity with AI search behavior and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) concepts is a major plusExperience with YouTube content management — uploads, optimization, and channel strategyHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneouslyA bias for action — you don’t sit on thingsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva for basic content creation and asset needsPassion for the water, wake sports, or outdoor lifestyle is a bonus — but curiosity and drive are non-negotiableWhy Tigé BoatsYou'll create content for a brand people are genuinely passionate about.
