Maintenance Foreman

Manage construction site for divisional responsibility Oversee field staff, Safety, equipment, materials, scheduling, cost efficiency, quality, productivity and company vehicle organization for assigned projectResponsible for assisting in the scheduling, training and reviewing of field personnelCommunicate with Superintendent, client and subcontractorsEnsure warranty inspections and punch list items are completed and handle delegated customer issues on assigned projectsAssist in performance management of the teamEnsure all safety requirements are adhered to everyday/always (JHA, water, equipment, stretch and flex, PPE, etc.)Other responsibilities as assignedExperience:Minimum of 2 years’ experience at a Sr. Technician level or higher within the construction industryOSHA 30 certificationMinimum Requirements:English speaking, bilingual preferredSafety focusedAbility to read and follow blueprints and construction documentsAble to communicate expectations and lead othersAble to work independently without significant supervisionGood oral and written communication skillsMust be at least 18 years oldMust have a valid driver's license Must be authorized to work in the United States Must be able to lift at least 50lbsMust be able to work outside in changing weather conditions Must be able to work in elevated locationsMust be able to work at least 40 hours per week and overtime when necessaryMust have reliable transportation to get to differing job locationsMust be looking for full time employment with a desire to advance within the companyEducation Required:High school diploma or GED
