As a Solar Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding the team to achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of solar sales representatives, providing training and support to enhance their performance. Develop and implement effective strategies to promote solar products and services. Conduct door-to-door sales efforts to engage potential customers and educate them about the benefits of solar energy. Track leads, manage customer relationships, and report on sales activities. Negotiate contracts with clients to secure favorable terms while maintaining company standards. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences. Foster a culture of teamwork and motivation within the sales team, encouraging professional growth and development. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the solar or energy industry. Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals effectively. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships. Leadership qualities that inspire team members to achieve their best. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases. Experience in technical sales or energy sales is a plus.
