HVAC Superintendent
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Develops forecasts and implements strategic plans to accommodate corporate goals.Directs operation activities and sets department as well as individual performance goals accordingly.Reviews market conditions to determine customer needs, installation schedules, and pricing.Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual forecast for revenue and margin dollars per company standardsDirects staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control uniformity.ssigns territorial or specific client's responsibilities to technical or sales representatives.Provide sales pipeline analysis for Client planning and schedulingnalyze sales statistics to formulate policy and assist in forecasting sales.Make sales presentations to key clients in maintaining relationships or negotiating and closing deals.Preparation and presentation of AAM ( lkali-activated materials ) technical information to consulting engineers for addition to specifications and acceptance as a bid participant.ssists construction department in technical solutions and project close-out publications.Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.Negotiate third party vendor pricing to reduce costs and increase company profitsMaintain cost center within planned budget. Supervisory Responsibilities:Coordinate as required with personnel on the construction and service side installations for project commissioning and turnover to client.Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training technicians and sales employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
