Laundry AssistantShift Available: 8a-3pBrownfield Care Center is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Laundry Assistant to join our team. As a Laundry Assistant, you will be responsible for laundering and cleaning linens and garments to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for our guests. This position is well-suited for individuals with experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in hotels. Duties:Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron linens and garments according to established procedures Inspect items for stains, tears, or damage and report any issues to the supervisor Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines Follow proper handling and storage techniques for clean and soiled linens Maintain cleanliness of laundry area and equipment Assist with inventory management by keeping track of linen supplies Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely delivery of clean linens to guest rooms OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
