This role involves analyzing financial data, developing reports, and assisting with business intelligence projects to drive performance improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to identify trends, variances, and insights.Reporting: Prepare and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.Business Intelligence: Assist in the development and implementation of business intelligence tools and solutions.Forecasting: Support financial forecasting and budgeting processes through data analysis.Collaboration: Work closely with finance, accounting, and other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.Documentation: Document processes and procedures related to financial analysis and reporting.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, business intelligence, or a related role (internships and relevant coursework may be considered).Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.Familiarity with business intelligence software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.BenefitsComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) plan with company match.Paid time off and holidays.Professional development opportunities.Flexible work arrangements.
