Psychiatrist

The Behavioral Health Division is seeking an experienced Outpatient Psychiatrist for at least 16 hours per week to provide psychiatric services to individuals with severe mental health challenges.The ideal candidate is compassionate, collaborative, with at least three years of outpatient psychiatric experience.Responsibilities include conducting medical assessments and supervising medication management within personalized treatment plans.The psychiatrist works as part of an interdisciplinary team focused on high-quality, person-centered care.Comprehensive administrative support is provided, including nursing, dictation, and clinical consultation.This is an independent contractor role, reimbursed hourly, requiring an active Oregon Medical License, DEA, DMAP, and professional liability insurance.Fringe benefits are not included.Position is part-time (16–32 hours/week), in person in Salem, OR, with relocation required prior to start.Persons from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
