Data & CRM ManagerAmerican Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD)Location: Remote (U.S.) or Hybrid – Washington, DCDepartment: CommunicationsReports to: Digital DirectorSalary: $85,000–$100,000AAPD is seeking a detail-oriented Data & CRM Manager to oversee and steward organizational data, primarily within our CRM (EveryAction), supporting communications, advocacy, and audience engagement efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain AAPD's CRM (EveryAction) as the central source of constituent dataEnsure data quality, structure, and governance across systemsDevelop and maintain data management SOPsSupport data migrations and system integrations (e.g., Mailchimp, Quorum, WordPress, Zapier)Build dashboards, reports, and analytics to inform communications and engagement strategiesHelp define KPIs and reporting frameworks aligned with organizational goalsTranslate data insights into clear reporting for staff and leadershipQualifications4+ years managing organizational data or CRM systems (preferably in nonprofits)Experience with EveryAction or comparable CRM (Salesforce NPSP, Raiser's Edge, HubSpot, etc.)Strong data management, segmentation, and reporting skillsAdvanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiencyExcellent communication skills and strong attention to detailBenefitsUnlimited PTOFlexible work schedule100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage (employee + dependents)403(b) retirement plan with up to 5% employer matchAAPD is a national disability-led organization working to increase the political and economic power of people with disabilities.ApplyBack to the Job BoardJ-18808-Ljbffr
