Job Title: ServiceNow TesterLocation: Columbus, OH (Onsite)Duration: ContractJob Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented ServiceNow Tester to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of ServiceNow applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manual and automated testing within the ServiceNow platform, with a strong understanding of ITSM processes and Agile methodologies.Key Responsibilities:Perform manual and automated testing of ServiceNow applications and modulesDesign, develop, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plansWork with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, Incident, Change, and Service CatalogExecute Automated Test Framework (ATF) scripts for regression and functional testingValidate REST APIs, integrations, and web services within ServiceNowIdentify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA / Azure DevOps / ALMCollaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirementsParticipate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)Perform integration, system, UAT, and regression testingEnsure compliance with SDLC and QA best practicesSupport deployment and post-production validation activitiesRequired Skills:Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform testingStrong knowledge of ITSM / ITIL processesExperience in manual and automation testingFamiliarity with ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework)Experience testing REST APIs and integrationsKnowledge of test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps)Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
