HiFyve is hiring a Tooling/Pressroom Engineer in the Manufacturing industry in Springfield, OH!Salary: $90,000 - $105,000/yearShift: 1st ShiftLocation: Springfield, OHJob Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport tool room operations including die repair, maintenance, and performance improvementsDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on setup reduction, downtime, quality, and efficiencyCollaborate cross-functionally with tool room, operations, engineering, sales, and plant leadershipSupport and coordinate outsourced tooling work as neededTrain and mentor less experienced team members on tooling and pressroom best practicesMinimum 5+ years of experience in metal stamping and tooling environmentsProficiency in CAD software (3D modeling preferred)Hands-on, floor-focused approach with strong mechanical aptitudeExperience with die design or tool room operations is a plusFamiliarity with servo press systems is preferredEducation RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
