Columbia RoadGrand Forks, ND 58201Pay Range: $37.26 - $55.89Summary:The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of outpatients in compliance with licensure standards. The Speech Language Pathologist works with an interdisciplinary team to identify patient goals, barriers to discharge and ongoing speech language services. This position provides patient centered care and exercises independent judgement in planning, organizing and prioritizing workload.Essential Job Functions:Obtains and documents appropriately all required and pertinent patient information, including precautions, orders, and initial plan of care.Orients patients, family and/or other appropriate parties to the purpose and procedures of the therapy evaluation and treatment.
