Responsibilities of the student worker position will include operational duties, such as practice preparation, team laundry, delivery management, and other tasks that fall within the operations of a NCAA Division 1 soccer program.Provide mid to advanced level administrative and operational support for day-to-day tasksMay serve as initial contact for in-person guests or callers; provide excellent customer serviceMay generate, prepare and analyze reports or perform forecastingMay create creative content or maintain department website(s)May assist with special projects and initiatives supporting departmental goalsMay assist with planning or coordination of eventsMay assist with identifying areas of improvement and recommend solutionsMay assist with compliance processesMay assist with maintaining internal databases and recordsMay assist with developing processes and proceduresPerform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's missionAbility to comply with University policiesMaintain regular and punctual attendanceEmployer: Baylor UniversityWork Location: Williams Soccer Facility
