Employee Navigator Database Technical Build Coordinator

The Employee Navigator Database Manager is responsible for the strategic build, configuration, integration, and ongoing optimization of benefits administration platform Employee Navigator, and similar systems.This role serves as the technical backbone of enrollment operations, ensuring seamless database performance, accurate eligibility configuration, and successful carrier integrations (EDI/API). You will work cross-functionally with implementation, enrollment, and service teams to deliver a technology-driven, people-focused enrollment experience.Key Requirements:Experience:● Minimum 2+ years of experience building databases in:○ Employee Navigator (preferred)○ Ease, Selerix, Bswift, or similar platforms● Proven experience with:○ EDI file feeds and API integrations○ Benefits administration systems and workflows● Experience supporting:○ Open Enrollment at scale○ Multi-state or multi-client environmentsQualifications:● Strong understanding of:○ Employee benefits (medical + voluntary)○ Eligibility rules and plan design structures● Advanced data management and troubleshooting skills.● Familiarity with:○ Payroll systems and deduction reporting○ Section 125 / pre-tax configurations● High attention to detail and process discipline● Detail-obsessed and systems-driven● A problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments● Comfortable owning both strategy and executionIf you meet the requirements and are ready to take your career to the next level, we’d love to hear from you—apply now and join our team!
