The Real Estate Agent will work directly with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to guide them through the full real estate transaction process, from initial consultation to closing. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, conducting property showings, preparing and presenting listings, and advising clients on pricing, offers, and negotiation strategies. The role involves preparing and reviewing contracts and other documents, coordinating inspections and appraisals, and collaborating with lenders, attorneys, and other professionals to ensure timely closings. The Real Estate Agent will also stay current on local market trends, maintain accurate records in company systems, and participate in team meetings, trainings, and community or networking events to build a strong client base.Qualifications Current Real Estate License in the state of Alabama (or ability to obtain in a defined timeframe).Demonstrated experience or strong interest in Real Estate and Real Property, with knowledge of local market conditions and basic real estate principles.Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, listen actively, and communicate clearly with diverse clients.Sales skills, including prospecting, lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing, with a goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including managing multiple clients and transactions simultaneously and meeting deadlines.Comfort using technology and real estate tools (CRM systems, MLS platforms, electronic signature software, and standard office applications).High ethical standards, professionalism, and adherence to fair housing and all applicable real estate regulations.Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally for showings, meetings, and events.Previous experience in real estate, sales, or a client-facing role is beneficial but not strictly required.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, finance, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
