The Jetter Operator is responsible in directing the operation of the Jetter Truck.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating high-pressure jetting equipment to clean, maintain, and inspect pipes and drainage systems.Roles And ResponsibilitiesOperate high-pressure jetting equipment to clean pipes, sewers, and drainage systems.Operate Jetter truck and equipment in a safe and professional mannerSet up and inspect grounding and/or bonding procedures for Jetter OperationInspect and maintain jetting equipment to ensure optional performance and safety.Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines during operationsPerform Pre and post trip inspections, as well as routine MaintenceCommunicate effectively with team members, supervisor, and clientsComplete all required paperwork properly and within set time linesAssist with other related tasks as needed Success FactorsKnowledge of basic underground utilitiesSkilled in Operating heavy equipment and machines proficiently and safelyAbility to use time and equipment to complete projects on timeMapping and Print ReadingExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with jetting equipmentStrong Communication SkillsAbility to work in all weather conditions Experience And EducationValid State Driver License with clean driving record; CDL preferredPrevious experience as a Jetting Operator or in a similar role. Additional Requirements/Licenses/CertificationsPossession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State of Residence Driver’s License is required within two weeks of employment.Candidates must pass criminal and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background checks and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
