Come join our growing team!Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager to join our growing scaffold, insulation & roofing construction team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and successfully delivering multiple construction projects simultaneously while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of construction practices, preferably with direct experience in scaffolding, access systems, or related industrial or commercial construction.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple scaffold construction contracts and projects concurrently from pre-construction through final handover and closeoutDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plansCoordinate with clients, general contractors, site supervisors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and metConduct site visits and pre-job assessments to evaluate scaffolding needs, site conditions, and potential risksEnsure all projects comply with OSHA safety regulations, company safety policies, and industry best practices for scaffolding erection and dismantlingOversee project procurement, material ordering, equipment allocation, and labor schedulingMonitor project progress, track costs, and implement corrective actions when necessary to keep projects on time and within budgetManage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projectsLead project meetings (internal and external) and provide clear communicationIdentify and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving issues as they ariseEnsure quality control standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycleRequired Qualifications5 -7 years of technical construction training/education and hands-on experience in construction (preferred)Minimum 3 years of project management experience, with preference given to candidates with scaffolding, industrial, commercial, or heavy civil construction backgroundProven ability to read and interpret construction blueprints, schematics, and technical drawingsProven ability to successfully manage multiple projects and contracts simultaneouslyExcellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Suite: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project (or similar scheduling software) requiredValid driver’s license and clean driving recordAbility to pass background check and drug screeningPreferred QualificationsPrior experience working with scaffolding systemsOSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification or equivalentExperience with construction management software (Procore, Autodesk Build, Bluebeam, etc.)Knowledge of local building codes, permitting processes, and safety regulationsBrandSafway offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance along with a generous 401k plan.About UsBrandSafway is a leading global provider of access, specialized services, and forming and shoring solutions to the industrial, commercial and infrastructure markets.
