We offer a unique combination of bold thinking and reliable execution to accelerate innovation at every stage of your value chain.Beyond joining a company, we are offering you a human adventure to EXPERIENCE!Missions• Develop and maintain full stack banking applications using Java and React• Build scalable backend services and intuitive frontend interfaces• Collaborate with designers, QA engineers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions• Optimize performance and ensure responsiveness across platforms• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives• Ensure compliance with banking security and data protection standardsQualifications• 3–5 years of experience in full stack development• Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and React.js• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture• Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL)• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)• Understanding of Agile methodologies and clean code principlesBonus Points If You Have:• Experience in the banking or financial services sector• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)• Exposure to messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, JUnit)• Experience with performance tuning and monitoring toolsEducation & Certifications You Need:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field• Certifications in Java, React, or full stack development are a plus
