Executive Administrative Partner
Meta is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Partner to join the scaled administrative support team of the President & Vice Chairman. This role provides onsite support to the President & Vice Chairman in the DC office, with potential calendar support of another executive. The person in this role will need to be a masterful problem-solver and an organizational force given complex calendaring and heavy onsite coordination. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, and will be resourceful in building relationships across the larger Meta ecosystem. This position is full-time and onsite in Washington, DC.Executive Administrative Partner Responsibilities:Onsite administrative support and tasks, in-office and at event based locationsSupport onsite team and leader needsSpace planning support and managementIn-person meeting coordination including room set-up and clean-up, catering, and attendee managementSmall and large scale event coordination, managing multiple stakeholders and inputsSupport coordination of both domestic and international travel arrangementsPrepare expense reports and purchase requisitionsManage conference room operations and oversee storage needsTravel to support large off-sites as neededAd hoc errands/projects for office as neededOccasional domestic and international travel, as neededMinimum Qualifications:4+ years of relevant experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives4+ years of relevant experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 1 or more executives4+ years of relevant calendar management and expense report management experience for 1 or more executivesExperience prioritizing multiple projectsExperience with Microsoft Office and Google SuitePreferred Qualifications:Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologiesPrior or current experience supporting VP's at large scale tech companyConsistent track record of ensuring confidentiality and discretion in all partnershipsExperience driving events and fostering team moraleDemonstrates attention to detail, responsible, proactive, drives tasks to completionExperience independently managing projects, multi-tasking, and changing direction quickly if neededExperience building and maintaining trust with leadership and partnersExperience collaborating and partnering closely with other administrative professionals and key cross functional partnersExperience in a multi-staff office environmentProject management experienceExperience building, managing and influencing cross-functional business stakeholder relationshipsExperience managing logistics across multiple teamsBA/BS DegreeAbout Meta:Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
