Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Care Coordinator at our Canfield, OH location. The Patient Care Coordinator will be the first point of contact for patients, managing appointment scheduling, verifying patient information, coordinating care plans, and ensuring seamless communication between patients and the dental team. This role also involves providing high-quality customer service, handling phone inquiries with professionalism, and maintaining accurate patient records to support the delivery of comprehensive care.
