Founding Product Engineer San Francisco, CA 180k-230k per annum Full Time (no sponsorship available) Visas transfer Welcome NO C2C   About the Role As a Founding Product Engineer, you'll work on the surfaces that customers (founders, GTM leaders, and sales engineers) live in every day. This includes the sequence and enrollment system, the Cedar agent layer, and the eval and observability tooling. You will work directly with the founders to create a beautifully designed product, shipping to production every week and influencing the product's future.   What You'll Own   - Build core product surfaces: sequence system, agent layer, and observability tooling. - Take products from 70% to 100% to ensure production-grade quality. - Engage directly with customers in Slack to translate requests into improvements. - Refine product UI/UX to improve user interaction. - Collaborate with founders on product intuition and roadmap. - Help define high-quality B2B SaaS standards for the category.   Requirements   - 2-4 years of engineering experience (new grads welcome). - Strong full-stack ability (Next.js, React, Python, FastAPI, Supabase). - Exceptional product intuition and engineering taste (comparable to Linear or Vercel). - Ability to ship from spec to production independently. - Based in SF (or willing to relocate) for in-person work 5 days a week.   Nice-to-Have   - Prior experience as a founder or early-stage startup engineer. - Experience with GTM/Sales tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, Clay, HubSpot). - Experience with collaborative interfaces, agent UI, or observability tooling.
