Job DescriptionNavy Account Manager IBeast Code is rapidly expanding and we're looking for motivated individuals to join our team! We need someone eager to learn about and thrive in the U.S. Navy environment. You’ll manage customer requirements and expectations while working with the Beast Code team to deliver the solutions and products Navy warfighters need, when they need them.Beast Code understands that there aren’t many people with the acquisition and technical background needed to deliver complex solutions in the DoD ecosystem. That’s why you’ll be joining a top-notch team of experienced professionals; senior Account Managers who will mentor you as you grow into the Beast you were meant to be. Day to day, you’ll work with Navy customers to increase value, translate hard and soft requirements into development team objectives, and partner with industry giants to enable warfighter readiness.This position requires a sharp, confident team member who follows leads relentlessly, sees obstacles as welcome challenges, and maintains character and integrity in professional interactions. This BEAST will develop and nurture relationships across the entire U.S. Navy Portfolio.You should bring these skills to the table:A “How can I help?” attitude. The ability to read and understand everything from a 70s car repair manual to The Economist and Shakespeare. Respect for and commitment to people and teams. Strong work ethic and the drive to make your name. High level written and oral communication skills. Creative problem solving and a love for nuances. You score Bonus Points if you:Are a recently separated warfare qualified Naval officer. Were the team captain of an academic or sports team. Have a basic knowledge of, or experience with, the Navy maintenance and/or training infrastructure. Speak a foreign language with conversational proficiency. Can demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to learn in a fast-paced environment. Are comfortable in a room filled with either top level military officials or the newest recruits.
