Apply via Dice today!Role: OneStream Analyst (Finance & Data)Location: Richmond, VA / McLean, VAIndustry: Financial ServicesWhat The Job Really Is AboutThe company needs someone who can work with OneStream (an EPM/financial planning tool) to rebuild reports, support finance teams, and connect the system with other reporting tools.Main Responsibilities (simplified)Reporting setup: Rebuild financial reports and dashboards in OneStream (using CubeViews, QuickViews, XFGetcell formulas).Support finance teams: Work with FP&A and other business teams to turn their needs into OneStream solutions.Testing & fixing issues: Test reports, compare with old outputs, fix errors, and make sure results are accurate.Training & documentation: Help users understand how to use the new reports and provide ongoing support.Collaboration: Work with IT, finance, and reporting teams to make sure data flows correctly.Integration: Connect OneStream data with tools like Google Sheets, Google Slides, QuickSight, or Tableau.Ideal Candidate (skills & Background)Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems.Hands-on experience with OneStream XF (or other EPM tools like Hyperion, Anaplan, SAP BPC, Oracle FCCS, etc.).Can build financial reports & dashboards in OneStream (CubeViews, dashboards, formulas).Understands financial consolidation, planning, and forecasting.Strong technical + finance mix able to work with both IT and finance teams.Bonus if they ve worked in financial services and with ERP systems.
