Summary: Hale’s Harley-Davidson is looking for a motivated, people-focused Motorcycle Sales Associate to join our team. This role is all about creating a great customer experience — from first conversation to handing over the keys. Hours: Fall/Winter Hours: Closed Sunday & Monday, Open Tuesday - Friday 10am - 6pm, Saturday 10am - 4pm Spring/Summer: Closed Sunday, Open Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm, Saturday 10am - 4pm Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers Assist customers with selecting new and pre-owned Harley-Davidson motorcycles Build relationships and guide riders through the purchase process Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer communication Represent the Harley-Davidson brand with professionalism and enthusiasm Qualifications: Valid driver’s license required (motorcycle endorsement preferred) Knowledge and experience with Harley-Davidson motorcycles preferred Sales experience preferred (powersports or automotive a plus) Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and reliable Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs Passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson lifestyle Why Join Hale’s Harley-Davidson: Combination of hourly and commission based pay Employee discounts on parts, apparel, and accessories 401(k) retirement plan with company match Health insurance benefits Family-run dealership with a strong local community presence Fun, fast-paced environment surrounded by motorcycles every day Ready to rev up your career?
