We're a small, tight team — which means every person here matters, and every role carries real weight.We're looking for an Executive Producer Assistant for the Founder & Staff Production Coordinator who thrives in a fast-moving creative environment, takes ownership without being asked twice, and understands that the difference between a good production and a great one often comes down to the details.What you'll do:— Support the EP across scheduling, communications, and day-to-day operations— Coordinate office & production logistics across active projects and day to day needs— Manage internal systems including expense coding, overhead tracking, and outreach— Set up and manage calls, calendars, and scheduling— Keep Drive, shared documents, and internal files organized and current— Be the connective tissue that keeps a busy, creative office running smoothlyWhat we're looking for:— 2+ years of experience in production, entertainment, or a fast-paced creative office— Strong organizational instincts and a proactive, problem-solving mindset— Comfort with Google Workspace, expense platforms, and scheduling tools— Someone who takes pride in their work, communicates clearly, and doesn't wait to be told what needs doing— A genuine interest in film, storytelling, and the craft of production, the outdoors and things we are interested in.This is a full-time, in-office role based in Los Angeles.If you're the kind of person who finds satisfaction in making things run well — and who wants to do it inside a company that genuinely cares about what it makes — we'd love to hear from you.To apply, send your resume and a brief note about yourself to info@farmleague.usCompensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, consistent with industry standards for Los Angeles commercial production.
