We’re looking for a driven, competitive, relationship-focused Outside Parts Sales Representative who thrives on building new business, winning accounts, and owning a territory. Duties/ Responsibilities: Develop and aggressively grow a defined territory Prospect daily — cold calls, drop-ins, fleet visits, referrals Win new accounts and expand existing ones Sell heavy truck parts to fleets, owner-operators, municipalities, and repair facilities Build long-term relationships that drive recurring revenue Collaborate with inside sales, warehouse, and service teams to deliver best-in-class customer experience Track activity and opportunities in CRM Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Qualifications: 2+ years of outside sales experience (B2B preferred) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Valid driver’s license and ability to manage a territory Ideal Candidate Traits: True hunter mentality — you enjoy prospecting and winning Competitive and self-motivated Strong follow-up and closing skills Comfortable walking into new accounts Resilient and not discouraged by rejection Team player who understands that sales is supported by operations Organized and disciplined in territory management Industry experience in heavy truck, automotive, or equipment parts is strongly preferred PHYSICAL DEMANDS He/ She must be able to drive long distances.
