With active expansion north of Boston and a consistently strong pipeline, this is a great opportunity to join a respected, values-driven builder with long-term stability.Job DescriptionLead public-sector and commercial projects ranging from $3M-$60M, from preconstruction through closeout.Manage project budgets, financial performance, forecasting, and reporting.Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating closely with field teams.Oversee subcontractor procurement, buyout, contract negotiations, and ongoing coordination.Serve as the primary liaison to owners, architects, engineers, and permitting authorities.Maintain compliance with plans, specifications, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.Drive RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications with accuracy and timeliness.Lead project meetings and maintain all project documentation and reporting.Support work on public, institutional, academic, civic, transportation, and infrastructure projects-especially in North Shore, and Greater Boston suburbs.Provide mentorship and support to Assistant PMs or junior staff as needed.Partner with Superintendents to drive schedule, quality, logistics, and issue resolution.Ensure smooth project turnover, punch list completion, and closeout documentation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
