Speech Language Pathologist (Remote)

We are seeking dedicated and qualified Speech Language Pathologists to join our team on a contract basis, providing remote speech and language services to students within a school setting. The ideal candidates will have a passion for helping children succeed academically and socially by addressing their communication needs. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, allowing for flexible work schedules. Hiring and interviewing for fall positions to be filled.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments via tele-therapy platforms. (Ex: Zoom)Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language impairments.Provide direct therapy assessment and treatment services to students, groups of students, addressing a range of speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress and integrate therapy goals into the classroom environment.Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions, assessments, and progress reports.Attend IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations and feedback.Stay informed about the latest research and developments in speech pathology and tele-therapy practices.Willing to go through back ground checkWilling to get licensed in the state that the contract is in.Qualifications:Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).Licensed or eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.Experience providing speech therapy services in a school setting preferred.Proficiency with tele-therapy technology and platforms.Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload effectively.Work Environment:Fully remote position, requiring reliable internet access and a professional home office setup.Flexible scheduling options available for both full-time and part-time positions.Compensation:Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications.This is a W-9 contract position, meaning the Speech Pathologist will be responsible for their own taxes and benefits.Minimum of $45/HRHow to Apply:Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume, cover letter, and copies of relevant certifications and licenses.
