Plaintiff-side employment law firm representing employees in matters involving workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and whistleblower claims. Our firm is seeking an experienced Employment Law Paralegal to join our growing team.This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and is passionate about advocating for employees' rights.Responsibilities:Draft, revise, and proofread legal documents including complaints, discovery requests, motions, and correspondence.Assist attorneys with federal and state employment litigation, including matters under Title VII, ADA, FLSA, ADEA, and related state laws.Manage discovery, including document collection, organization, and production.Prepare exhibits, deposition materials, and trial binders.Communicate with clients regarding case updates, document requests, and scheduling.Maintain case files and litigation calendars, including deadlines and court filings.Assist with EEOC, PHRC, and other administrative agency filings.Conduct basic legal and factual research.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of paralegal experience, preferably in employment law or civil litigation.Strong knowledge of federal court procedures and litigation processes.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred.
