Job Title: Pad Print Team Lead Job Description
As a Pad Print Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the pad printing processes, ensuring quality and efficiency in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will work alongside a dedicated team, contributing to a range of industries including aerospace, defense, medical, and semiconductor.
Responsibilities
Set up, inspect, adjust, and operate pad printing machines, automated robots, and workstations according to each work order.
Mix inks and fulfill daily production schedules, completing production paperwork and routers as required.
Physically and visually inspect parts for conformance and quality based on established criteria.
Manually unload finished products, pack parts, and ensure print adjustments are made to maintain print quality, registration, and production speed.
Essential Skills
Ability to read and understand English documentation.
Experience in production, batch mixing, and documentation following SOPs.
Proficient in inspection and general labor tasks.
Effective communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in batch making within food manufacturing, semiconductor, or chemical industries.
Ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships.
Adaptability to changes in the workplace.
Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.
Proficient in basic arithmetic operations.

Work Environment
You will work in a manufacturing environment with a normal 8-hour shift from 3:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., including possible overtime and occasional Saturdays. The setting offers a chance to develop skills in surface finishing and coating processes with a focus on safety and quality.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Bristol, RI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
