Process Engineering Manager / Production Engineering Manager (System Assembly / Server Manufacturing) Please note: Do not sponsor H-1B visas About the Role We are building a manufacturing engineering team focused on teamwork, ownership, and execution. We are seeking an experienced Process/Production Engineering Manager to support system and server assembly manufacturing operations. This role will lead process development, production improvement, and manufacturing ramp activities, while collaborating cross-functionally to drive operational excellence. Core Responsibilities Lead and optimize manufacturing processes, SOPs, and value stream maps Drive production efficiency, yield improvement, and cycle time reduction Troubleshoot production and assembly issues and lead root cause analysis efforts Own and support NPI, pilot builds, and ramp to mass production Analyze manufacturing KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives Partner with quality, testing, and automation teams to enhance overall performance Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering team members Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project execution and delivery Qualifications 5+ years of experience in system, server, or electronics manufacturing Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field Strong experience in NPI, yield improvement, and production ramp-up Proven capability in root cause analysis and process optimization Experience with Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma methodologies preferred Experience in cost control and capacity planning Hands-on experience with AutoCAD or similar software Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
