Job DescriptionProject/Program: Public Assistance Recovery and Tracking System (PARTS) Renewal.These resources are needed to continue to work on Phase II of the PARTS project, which is focused on re-designing the current antiquated Mainframe solution for the Lottery Application and replacing it with a new Oracle based solution.Day-to-day TasksDaily Tasks include but not limited to the following:Studies the software application domain, prepares software requirements, and specification documents.Liaises between the software users and the software developers.Conveys the demands of software users to the developers including general system design, coordination of changes, and unit and integration testing of programs, as well as guidance and mentoring of other staff.Mandatory QualificationsSoftware Developer–Is involved with all facets of the software development process, including the research, design, programming, testing and implementation of computer software.Expert84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.Requested Qualifications84 months experience working directly with Oracle 12c or higher. Experience to include PL/SQL, Functions, Stored Procedures, Table handling, and Tuning. business rules84 months experience performing application development work using PL/SQL.60 months experience performing development work using Oracle Application Express building web-based database application system.60 months experience monitoring a 24/7 production schedule of approximately 250 jobs a month.
