Your tasksMaintain and improve process-oriented quality systems at the Brose plantMaintain and continuously improve quality system and tracking proceduresMaintain all required activities for health, safety and environmental conditions related to qualityIdentify and maintain measurement of PPM ratio potential Carry out coordination talks with suppliers in order to improve qualityLead, support and motivate staff in own sphere of responsibility and implement all relevant HR measuresDraw up annual budget planning (incl. personnel planning) for own sphere of responsibility and forward planned figures to own supervisor for approval. Monitor budget development and implement counter-measures in the event of actual/planned deviationsJob-related management of QE’s and quality techs in the assembly team through target agreements, monitoring of progress, job-related evaluation and support, if requiredInvolve own supervisors/QE’s,quality technicians in the event of critical quality backlogs which can no longer be dealt with using normal meansLiaison with customer in regards to concernSupport and maintain worldwide Brose quality standardsFor additional related responsibly matrix see link below.Responsible of the Matrix for Safety, Energy, Environmental and HealthYour ProfileAt least 5 years’ professional experience in the area of quality, ideally at least 3 years in a quality-manager-position in the automotive industry and one year as a Quality specialist.Knowledge of appropiate procedures for planning and optimizing quality processesProject experience in quality; SAP knowledgeCustomer interaction Extensive quality systems and problem solving, counter measures of management Leadership of personnel Ensure compliance of quality and environmental systems to all required standards including customer specific requirementsWe offer you a modern working environment with our Brose working worldBrose offers a high-tech work environment and a wide range of benefits.
