Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com .In This Role, You WillLead a variety of post-close activities for moderately complex to complex commercial loans, including direct customer contact, execute servicing and portfolio-related tasks transitioned from credit, service, and sales partners with accuracy, timeliness, and strict adherence to policies, procedures, regulatory expectations, and performance key performance indicators.Accurately evaluate and upload data into the systems of record to ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsInteract with internal customers collaboratively including Credit, Sales, Back Office and Legal regarding proper procedures and documentation requirements necessary to ensure accuracy with negotiated terms and ensure alignment with appropriate compliance standardsIdentify, assess, and promptly escalate credit, servicing, operational, and documentation-related risks, including those arising from complex legal agreements; evaluate risk impacts, develop mitigation strategies, and recommend procedural enhancements to ensure appropriate visibility, compliance, and resolution.Deliver clear, timely, and effective communication using appropriate tools to drive alignment and support urgent servicing needs and serve as escalation point for the resolution of issues.Conduct quality reviews and monitor key performance metrics as related to efficiencies and effective processesReceive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsChampion standardized execution of the Portfolio Execution operating model within Credit Servicing, ensuring alignment with governance, documented procedures, Wells Fargo risk philosophies, and rapid adoption of new tools and processes.Collaborate and consult effectively with peers, colleagues, managers, and partners to resolve issues, achieve goals, and support team objectives, while demonstrating accountability, adaptability, and a positive, solutions-oriented mindset that contributes to consistently high-quality execution within established service-level timeframes.Required Qualifications:4+ years of Commercial Loan Closing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Commercial loan documentation, preparation, or review experienceIntermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skillsAbility to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find informationStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsEffective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environmentAbility to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are importantExposure to Wells Fargo BLAST (Business Lending and Sales Tracking) systemExposure to Wells Fargo AFS (Automated Financial Systems) and LoanIQExposure to Wells Fargo CreditView applicationExposure to nCino credit applicationJob Expectations:This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship This position offers a hybrid work schedule Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.
