Job Title: Sterile Processing Production CoordinatorLocation: Modesto, CA 95350Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM)Hours: 40 hours/weekJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Sterile Processing Production Coordinator to oversee and manage loaner and consignment instrument trays while coordinating daily production workflows. This role ensures timely processing, accuracy, compliance, and effective communication between vendors, clinical teams, and Sterile Processing Department (SPD) staff.Key Responsibilities1. Loaner & Consignment Tray CoordinationServe as the primary point of contact for all incoming and outgoing loaner and consignment traysVerify tray accuracy, completeness, and integrity before and after sterilizationCoordinate with vendors, clinical teams, and SPD staff to ensure timely processingTrack and document tray movement throughout the full sterilization and return cycle2. Production & Workflow OversightOversee daily production flow in collaboration with SPD leadershipPrioritize workloads to maximize efficiency and meet operational demandsIdentify and resolve delays, discrepancies, or workflow bottlenecks proactivelyProvide guidance and support to Production Technicians as needed3. Communication & Relationship ManagementAct as a liaison between vendors, clinical teams, and SPD staffMaintain consistent communication regarding tray status and schedulingEnsure clear, professional, and effective communication in all interactions4. Data Accuracy & ReportingMaintain accurate and timely data entry in tracking systemsEnsure proper documentation of sterilization records and tray movementGenerate reports on production activity, trends, and improvement opportunitiesEnsure compliance with regulatory and operational standardsRequired Skills & Experience3-5 years of hands-on sterile processing experience, including loaner and consignment tray managementProven ability to coordinate across teams, vendors, and leadershipStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with instrument tracking systems and reporting toolsProactive, quality-focused mindsetEducationHigh School Diploma or GED requiredCertificationsRequired: CRCST or CSPDT certificationFor more details reach at Aditi.sharma@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-587-6677.
