This role focuses on high-quality finishing work for custom-built structures such as expo booths and marketing displays. Candidates should have strong experience in finish carpentry, cabinetry, and laminate work, along with the ability to read blueprints and deliver precise, detail-oriented craftsmanship.Job Duties:Perform finish carpentry including trim work, cabinetry, and laminate applicationBuild and assemble custom wood structures and componentsOperate hand tools and woodworking equipment safely and efficientlyRead and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsMeasure, cut, and assemble materials with precisionEnsure high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to project timelinesMaintain a clean and safe work environmentCollaborate with team members and leadership to complete projectsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent5+ years of experience in finishing carpentryExperience with hand tools including table saws, miter saws, and routersAbility to read blueprints and perform accurate measurementsStrong attention to detail and qualityPreferred Qualifications:Experience in exhibit fabrication, lamination, or box panel constructionCNC router operation experienceFamiliarity with ISO 9001 quality standardsAssociate’s degree
