We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about providing holistic and evidence-based psychiatric care, values collaborative work, and is committed to supporting clients in achieving their mental health goals. This role will involve conducting psychiatric evaluations, providing medication management, and working closely with our therapists to deliver integrated care. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. - Provide medication management, including prescribing and monitoring psychiatric medications. - Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care. - Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards. - Engage in regular case consultations with our team of therapists to support holistic client care. - Stay current with best practices in psychiatric care and participate in ongoing professional development. **Qualifications:** - Valid and unrestricted PMHNP license in the state of California. - Board Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a psychiatric setting preferred. - Strong clinical skills in psychiatric diagnosis and medication management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing culturally competent care. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. - Passion for working with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and neurodiverse clients. **What We Offer:** - Competitive compensation with flexible scheduling options (full-time or part-time). - Opportunity to work at our beautiful office in San Jose with online options. - Supportive and inclusive work environment with a focus on professional growth. - Collaboration with a team of experienced and passionate therapists. - Comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling and billing.
