Project Manager Scrum Master

Role OverviewWe are looking for a Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead Agile teams, ensure smooth project execution, and deliver high-quality products on time. This role involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing blockers, and managing project scope, timelines, and stakeholder communication.Key ResponsibilitiesScrum Master ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives)Coach team members on Agile/Scrum best practicesRemove impediments that hinder team progressEnsure the team follows Scrum principles and maintains productivityWork closely with Product Owner to manage and prioritize the product backlogProject Management ResponsibilitiesDefine project scope, goals, and deliverablesCreate and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgetsTrack progress and ensure timely deliveryManage risks, issues, and dependenciesCommunicate project status to stakeholders and leadershipCoordinate cross-functional teamsRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor s degree in IT, Business, or related field3 7 years of experience in Agile/Scrum and project managementStrong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOpsExcellent communication and leadership skillsStrong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilitiesPreferred QualificationsScrum Master certification (CSM, PSM)PMP or PRINCE2 certificationExperience in software development projectsFamiliarity with DevOps practices
